CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any no-show appointments will not be permitted to rebook until 100% of the base appointment rate is paid. If for any reason you may be dissatisfied with your service, I must be contacted within 72 hours of service to rectify. I do not offer refunds.
